Terms and Conditions

Dusk Immigration Ltd, trading as Leon Advisers

Last updated: 25 July 2026

Before we start work, we agree a client care letter with you. That letter sets out the specific services, fees and payment terms for your matter, and it takes priority over these general terms if the two differ.

About us

Dusk Immigration Ltd, trading as Leon Advisers, is registered in England and Wales, company number 15496988, and works from 1a Jubilee Avenue, London Colney, St Albans, AL2 1QG. We are regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA, formerly OISC) under reference F202432057, at Level 1 in Immigration and Asylum. We may only advise within the level and category of our registration; if your matter falls outside it, we will tell you and refer you elsewhere.

Our services

We provide the immigration services set out in your client care letter, with reasonable skill and care, in line with the IAA Code of Standards.

We cannot guarantee the outcome of any application. Decisions are made by the Home Office, and immigration law and policy can change at any time. Any view we give on your chances is our professional opinion, not a promise. Be cautious of any adviser who guarantees a result.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us complete, accurate and truthful information, to tell us promptly about any change in your circumstances or any contact from the Home Office, and to respond to our requests in good time. Giving false information to the Home Office is serious and can lead to refusal, a re-entry ban or prosecution. If we learn that information you have given is untrue, we cannot continue to act for you.

Fees

Our fees and payment terms are set out in your client care letter. Our fees do not include Home Office fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, or the cost of translations, interpreters or any barrister we instruct. These are set by others and are payable by you in addition.

A refusal by the Home Office does not entitle you to a refund, because our fee is for the work we do, not the outcome. If you end your matter before it is finished, we will refund any part of the fee for work not yet done.

Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential except where the law or our regulator requires disclosure, or where you allow it. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. The IAA has a legal power to inspect our client files, which means an auditor may see your file.

Ending our work

You may end your matter at any time in writing. We may end it if you do not give us the information we need, do not pay our fees, or ask us to act in a way that breaches our obligations. Either way we will confirm in writing, return your original documents, and set out what needs to happen next.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please tell us at info@leonadvisers.com. We will look into it and respond in writing. If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Immigration Advice Authority at iaa.gov.uk. Making a complaint will not affect any ongoing application. A copy of our full complaints procedure is available on request.

General

Our advice is for you alone and no one else may rely on it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Our accounting services are provided by a separate company, Leon Accountants Limited, which has its own terms.
