Authorisation
If you are happy to proceed, we will send you an authorisation form to sign electronically or as a print-out, allowing us to manage your application and communicate with the Home Office on your behalf.
Document Review and Preparation
We will inform you of the required documents for your application and review all the documents you provide. We will also prepare additional paperwork, including a covering letter, consent letter, and any other documents required for your application.
Application Form
We will carefully complete the application form based on the information you provide. Before submitting your application, we will share the form with you to review and confirm that everything is correct.
Document Upload and Appointment Booking
After submitting your application, we will upload all the documents to the UKVI digital document portal (UKVCAS). If required, we will book your appointment at a time and location of your choice, where you will need to attend and provide your biometrics (fingerprints and photo). All done!
Post-Application Process
In some cases, the Home Office may invite you for an interview or request further information or documentation. If this happens, we will support you throughout the entire process.
